The Cottage
The cottage has a separate tiled hallway with coat hooks, shoe storage, ironing board and a vintage storage cupboard which houses a first aid kit and iron, and the stairs are fitted with a stairgate. There is room for up to two dog baskets if your pet(s) is joining you, plus there are various dog toys in the cupboard :)
The cosy lounge diner is full of character, with oak beam, large inglenook fire (with an electric stove effect fire for easy, clean instant heat). With front to back windows, the room is light and airy and offers views of the private rear garden and terrace. There is seating for up to 4 people, a 4 seater dining table and chairs, and a Smart TV with access to your Netflix/Prime/Disney TV Subscription. There is also a Google Nest for your music or local news etc. There are a variety of books and games to entertain all ages.
The kitchen has lovely freestanding vintage enamel topped units and a belfast sink, along with an electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave, with a stable door to the rear courtyard garden. There are plenty of pots, pans and cooking utensils, as well as various condiments provided.
Both bedrooms have chests of drawers for clothes storage, and windows have both venetial and roman blinds. The second bedroom has bunk beds. Bedlinen and towels are provided.
The bathroom has an electric walk in shower, wash basin & toilet.
The rear courtyard garden is fully enclosed with its own gated rear access, so your children and pets can enjoy the outside space, and is perfect for al fresco dining using the provided barbeque. A rattan effect sofa/table on the raised sun terrace (which can be blocked off for safely) completes the outside layout.
Free parking is available in the car park opposite at the childrens' play park.
Recently sympathetically refurbished to retain a few of its old knocks & bumps, the cottage is a comfy, cosy home from home, convenient for exploring everything Nefyn and Pen Llyn has to offer on the doorstep! Upto 2x well behaved dogs allowed for small fee per stay per dog (see additional fees or message for info), all we ask is that they be kept off the furniture and from going upstairs, and are not left home alone at any time. But with so many lovely walks and dog friendly places to visit, this shouldn't be a problem, and they will enjoy their holiday as much as you do!
